Today,
I stand with Ukraine.
As we do Warrior poses
In yoga.
I wonder if one day
Warriors for truth,
Will find a real fight?

No matter what is coming,
I know I will need to be strong.

Forward fold,
Rest in child's pose.
Live
To possibly fight.
Another day.
